You go from running out of fear of death, to running out of fear the boneheads gonna blow up your free mini nuke 😂 Its always a 100% drop if you kill the suicider before he can blow himself up. You're always running out of fear, regardless if you can tank the explosion
I fear that beeping, because i installed a mod that increased their speed to a ridiculous level, so when i hear it, chances are im about to die
If you take them out without blowing up a building you have a chance of getting the mini nuke...or it may be 100% chance idk.

I always shoot from a distance with an accurate weapon, always aim for the mini nuke, but if you are going up against super mutants I pretty much always wear power armor
